Finished my 28 days yesterday. I'm down 10 pounds and 1.5in in my waist! I had a few cheat meals-although still on the healthy option, (not cheat days) but overall followed the meals. I'm still on my workout program as I had to start late due to the book arriving late. I feel better and am not craving bad food.

This company has excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I love using the app for all the recipes. Great idea.
