I loved the easy way the templates laid everything out. It basically fed me what I needed to plug in for strengths, and what I needed for it presentation and content-wise. One word of caution, it seems that no matter how soon you cancel after you access their site, they will allow one billing cycle to go through so you end up paying the $25-ish. To me, I got the job and it was worth it. I'll pay it off my credit card with my first paycheck!

“Not what I wanted”

I searched for a tool that would help me reduce my resume from 2 pages to 1. This site made it seem like they could. Only once I had paid for it did I realise that the resume was still 2 pages. Good luck with trying to delete your account. They will confirm they have cancelled your subscription but that is not what you requested. Deleting an account is not the same as cancelling a subscription.

Scammers. They somehow obtained my email and phone number, easily obtained on my website. I own my own business and don’t need resume help. They have been charging my credit card for almost a year before I discovered it. RIP off artists. Scammers. Beware.

I am extremely upset. I paid for this service and got 1 resume’, I cancelled my service and this company has continually taken 24.90 out if my account for months. This month they deducted twice. When I called to get this taken care of, they tell me they cant find me. They can find me to take my money. I was told they would call me within 24 hours and I have yet to here from them. I am a woman caring for a sick husband. I can not afford this continual deduction out if my account. I have one income. This is an awful company.

I used this service 6 months ago to make a resume, and now they billed me 24.99 to my account without authorization. I never signed up for a subscription I only paid for the resume when I made it. I tried to solve this in customer service and they kept sending me the same message saying “your ticket has been solved” but it was never solved.

Paid for my original resume and read the terms and agreements and I have yet to find anything that talks about getting charged more If it was there in plain sight I wouldn’t have used it. I got charged and they would only give me 40$ back. The guy on the phone was VERY rude and yelled at me and refused to give me my money back. I will not recommend them nor will I EVER use them again. They hide behind their fine print. Their customer service was rude and nasty.

I could have easily written my own resume with what little help I got from this and what a rip off – I just cancelled and the guy chatting with me kept trying to send me lectures about the fees etc – I told him please just cancel it and he was very intent on getting me to sign up for more fees – NO thanks!

I even don’t know what to say, I’m still looking for a job. Resume Help didn’t provide with a high-quality paper. Sorry, bad score!

I used the live chat feature of the website to talk to someone about getting a refund, as I used the service once and did not cancel in time. When chatting with a specialist it seemed very scripted and that they only wanted to give me a refund if I signed up for a different service. After declining several times and blatantly asking the agent to stop trying to sell me things, a waste of about 15 minutes of my time, I was finally able to find a solution to my problem. The resume was rather okay and the service was awful. I’m thoroughly annoyed with Resumehelp.

I called and canceled my subscription with the 14 day trial. They still charged my account for the subscription. Called in again and cs rep basically called me a liar and told me she couldn’t transfer my call too anyone else. I made it very clear i wanted to cancel my account again and request a refund.

Creating my resume was fine, but in the end I found out that I can only receive the pdf if I pay for it. Not only do you need to pay (despite them advertising as a free resume site), but you can ONLY pay by credit card. Hmmmmm....in today's world of money management systems where you can tap pay to buy almost anything and pay directly through your bank, with your debit card, or with your credit card (which I don't have btw) you would think that a company like this would support debit card transactions. Doesn't sound like a very up to date system to me.

Hello, Yesterday I paid the intial 14 day fee and started to created the resume. After a certain point I was unable to continue editing and so could not finish the resume. I tried to chat with someone and they never really responded yesterday and I chatted again with someone today who stopped responding and then called in to speak with someone who hung up after saying that I don't have an account. I called again and this person tells me my payment was declin ed/didn't go through and that I should call my bank. Poor customer service

First I will start by saying that I had a great experience building my resume. I however had a HORRIBLE experience trying to cancel my subscription I never signed up for. I first attempted to do it through the account set up and was unable. I proceeded to contact customer support via live chat. The customer service rep continued and continued to push for me to stay even after I stated I really really really wanted to cancel. I finally got it cancelled after 4 attempts of trying to cancel.

CHEATING as free

It is mentioned as free , but after completing my CV it request money. and it allow only plain text mode which is not worth to download . PDF and web based need money . DONT PROVIDE FAKE INFORMATIONAS FREE
