UPSC CDS 1 Question Paper 2024 PDF

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducted the CDS exam on April 21, 2024, in offline mode. As per the official exam pattern released by UPSC for the CDS exam 2024, the written exam for IMA, INA, and AFA consists of three papers: General Knowledge, English Language, and Elementary Mathematics. सीएसई प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के लिए यूपीएससी पाठ्यक्रम

आईएएस प्रारंभिक परीक्षा सिविल सेवा परीक्षा का पहला चरण है। 2022 में लगभग 10 लाख उम्मीदवारों ने यूपीएससी प्रीलिम्स के लिए आवेदन किया था, जबकि लगभग 11 लाख उम्मीदवारों ने 2020 में इसके लिए आवेदन किया था।

आईएएस प्रारंभिक परीक्षा के पाठ्यक्रम को जानना महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि यह स्क्रीनिंग टेस्ट है जो उम्मीदवारों को अगले चरण, यानी मेन्स के लिए उत्तीर्ण करता है। सभी यूपीएससी परीक्षा के उम्मीदवारों को पहले परीक्षा पैटर्न और आईएएस परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रम से परिचित होना चाहिए, और फिर तैयारी के साथ आगे बढ़ना चाहिए।

• यूपीएससी मेन्स परीक्षा में 9 पेपर होते हैं, जिनमें से दो क्वालिफाइंग पेपर 300 अंकों के होते हैं।
• कोई भी भारतीय भाषा का पेपर
• अंग्रेजी भाषा का पेपर
• केवल ऐसे उम्मीदवारों के निबंध, सामान्य अध्ययन और वैकल्पिक विषय के प्रश्नपत्र, जो इन अर्हक प्रश्नपत्रों में न्यूनतम योग्यता मानक के रूप में दोनों भाषा के प्रश्नपत्रों में 25% अंक प्राप्त करते हैं, मूल्यांकन के लिए उनका संज्ञान लिया जाएगा।

मेन्स जीएस-IV के लिए आईएएस सिलेबस

सामान्य अध्ययन पेपर- IV को यूपीएससी मेन्स का पेपर-V भी कहा जाता है। इसके अंतर्गत आने वाले प्रमुख विषय नैतिकता, सत्यनिष्ठा और योग्यता हैं। इस पेपर में उम्मीदवारों के दृष्टिकोण और अखंडता, सार्वजनिक जीवन में ईमानदारी और समाज से निपटने में उनके द्वारा सामना किए जाने वाले विभिन्न मुद्दों और संघर्षों के लिए उनके समस्या-समाधान के दृष्टिकोण से संबंधित मुद्दों के दृष्टिकोण और दृष्टिकोण का परीक्षण करने के लिए प्रश्न शामिल होंगे। इन पहलुओं को निर्धारित करने के लिए प्रश्न केस स्टडी दृष्टिकोण का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। निम्नलिखित व्यापक क्षेत्रों को कवर किया जाएगा:

• सिविल सेवा के लिए योग्यता और मूलभूत मूल्य, अखंडता, निष्पक्षता और गैर-पक्षपात, निष्पक्षता, सार्वजनिक सेवा के प्रति समर्पण, कमजोर वर्गों के प्रति सहानुभूति, सहिष्णुता और करुणा।
• भावनात्मक खुफिया-अवधारणाएं, और प्रशासन और शासन में उनकी उपयोगिता और अनुप्रयोग।

• शासन में सत्यनिष्ठा: लोक सेवा की अवधारणा; शासन और ईमानदारी का दार्शनिक आधार; सरकार में सूचना साझा करना और पारदर्शिता, सूचना का अधिकार, आचार संहिता, आचार संहिता, नागरिक चार्टर, कार्य संस्कृति, सेवा वितरण की गुणवत्ता, सार्वजनिक धन का उपयोग, भ्रष्टाचार की चुनौतियां।

भाषा और निबंध पत्रों के लिए आईएएस पाठ्यक्रम

• निबंध पेपर – यह यूपीएससी मेन्स का पेपर – I है

उम्मीदवारों को कई विषयों पर निबंध लिखने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। उनसे यह अपेक्षा की जाएगी कि वे अपने विचारों को व्यवस्थित ढंग से व्यवस्थित करने और संक्षिप्त रूप से लिखने के लिए निबंध के विषय के करीब रहें। प्रभावी और सटीक अभिव्यक्ति के लिए श्रेय दिया जाएगा।

• भारतीय भाषाओं और अंग्रेजी पर क्वालिफाइंग पेपर्स

लैंगेज पेपर्स की संरचना:

पूछे जाने वाले प्रश्नों के प्रकार हैं –

• निबंध – 100 अंक
• रीडिंग कॉम्प्रिहेंशन – 60 अंक
• प्रिसिस राइटिंग – 60 अंक
• अंग्रेजी से अनिवार्य भाषा (जैसे हिंदी) – 20 अंक
• अंग्रेजी के लिए अनिवार्य भाषा – 20 अंक
• व्याकरण और मूल भाषा का उपयोग – 40 अंक

शेष सात पेपर भारत के संविधान की आठवीं अनुसूची के तहत उल्लिखित किसी भी भाषा में या अंग्रेजी में लिखे जा सकते हैं।

प्रश्नपत्रों का उद्देश्य संबंधित अंग्रेजी और भारतीय भाषा में गंभीर गद्य गद्य को पढ़ने और समझने और विचारों को स्पष्ट और सही ढंग से व्यक्त करने की उम्मीदवारों की क्षमता का परीक्षण करना है। प्रश्नों का पैटर्न मोटे तौर पर इस प्रकार होगा:

यूपीएससी मेन्स पाठ्यक्रम 48 वैकल्पिक विषयों की एक सूची देता है जिसमें विभिन्न भाषाओं के साहित्य शामिल हैं। उम्मीदवारों को नीचे दिए गए विषयों की सूची में से ‘वैकल्पिक विषयों’ में से किसी एक को चुनना होगा:

यूपीएससी मेन्स वैकल्पिक विषयों के लिए आईएएस पाठ्यक्रम:

टॉपर के अंश और मार्गदर्शन की तलाश करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को किस वैकल्पिक विषय का चयन करना है, वे यूपीएससी टॉपर्स के वैकल्पिक विषय पृष्ठ पर जा सकते हैं और आवश्यक सहायता प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। वे अतीत में शीर्ष रैंक धारकों द्वारा चुने गए विषयों की सूची प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।

आईएएस साक्षात्कार के लिए यूपीएससी पाठ्यक्रम

व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण के रूप में जाना जाता है, यूपीएससी साक्षात्कार परीक्षा का अंतिम चरण है। साक्षात्कार के लिए कोई परिभाषित यूपीएससी पाठ्यक्रम नहीं है। व्यापक मुद्दों से प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं।

• यूपीएससी मेन्स परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को ‘व्यक्तित्व परीक्षण/साक्षात्कार’ के लिए बुलाया जाएगा। इन उम्मीदवारों का साक्षात्कार यूपीएससी द्वारा नियुक्त बोर्ड द्वारा किया जाएगा।
• साक्षात्कार का उद्देश्य सक्षम और निष्पक्ष पर्यवेक्षकों के एक बोर्ड द्वारा सिविल सेवाओं में कैरियर के लिए उम्मीदवार की व्यक्तिगत उपयुक्तता का आकलन करना है।
• साक्षात्कार उम्मीदवार के मानसिक गुणों और विश्लेषणात्मक क्षमता का पता लगाने के उद्देश्य से एक उद्देश्यपूर्ण बातचीत है।
• साक्षात्कार परीक्षा 275 अंकों की होगी और लिखित परीक्षा के लिए कुल अंक 1750 होंगे। यह कुल 2025 अंकों का योग है, जिसके आधार पर अंतिम योग्यता सूची तैयार की जाएगी।

उम्मीदवारों को ध्यान देना चाहिए कि यूपीएससी सिलेबस 2022 और यूपीएससी सिलेबस 2021 की तुलना में यूपीएससी सिलेबस 2023 में कोई बदलाव नहीं है।

Why the question: Amid rising safety concerns among Indian seafarers following the recent attacks on commercial ships in sensitive geographical areas such as the Red Sea and the Strait of Hormuz, India submitted three papers to the 111th Session of the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Legal Committee (LEG). Key Demand of the question: Directive word:  Examine – When asked to ‘Examine’, we must investigate the topic (content words) in detail, inspect it, investigate it and establish the key facts and issues related to the topic in question. While doing so we should explain why these facts and issues are important and their implications. Structure of the answer: Introduction:  Begin by writing a statistic related to Indian shipping industry.
